Donor retention has always been the key to successful annual giving. For most institutions, though, there's only about a 50% chance that a prior year donor will renew their support. While traditional channels like direct mail and phonathon are still important, using "modern tactics" like email, recurring gifts, video, data analytics, social media, giving days and other special challenges to steward and retain donors is essential to success.

Register now for your entire team to learn how to modernize your approach and maximize donor renewal rates for your annual fund.

  • Guidelines for segmenting past donor populations and understanding industry trends
  • Tips for using modern approaches to steward and solicit past donors
  • Tactics for integrating renewal and upgrade efforts through online channels
